Why I Write.

My mind is always alive, a hive full of worker bees filling my head with ideas, theories, stories, and questions that never stop moving. Writing is where all of that energy finally has somewhere to land. It’s how I co-regulate, how I breathe. It’s where idea, question, philosophy, and emotion meet, spark, and a sense of relief.

Sometimes my words explore the deeply personal.
Sometimes they investigate systems, justice, and the messy places where people fail each other. Sometimes they’re tiny fragments of poetry that arrive uninvited.
They’re always honest, sometimes pretty, but not always.

This space is a home for all of it, the old writing that taught me and the new writing that’s still finding its voice. Blogs, essays, experiments, feelings that got too loud to stay inside.

Writing helps me make sense of the world… and helps the world make space for me.
